Rob

Rob is my first full on true African American Male. It's about friggen time! I have photographed a couple guys of mixed heritage, but apparently that doesn't "count" for the color watchdogs. I have often lamented not being able to find guys of color in Hispanic oriented Austin, and was hoping the move to San Diego- The 7th largest city, would improve my chances. It did, though I am still searching for more guys. The hardest part is just not finding hot black men, it is finding hot black men who will go nude. The first time I worked with Rob, it was a non nude-shoot that I thought went pretty well. After the shoot, I emailed him to ask if he felt comfortable enough doing a full on nude shoot. He said he did, and I was thrilled! Rob is way way way sexy to me, I was flustered the entire shoot. I don't think I got my lights right on either shoot. Perhaps shooting the different skin tone has a learning curve on it? Or maybe I was pre-occupied with? Rob himself is very shy and quiet, and him posing for me seems to a big deal for him. I want to thank him for being brave and coming back for the full nude thang! Thanks Rob!
