Our basic privacy policy is simple: We will never sell or give your personal information to any other company. You can browse and shop our website secure in the knowledge that any information you submit to us will stay with us.

Collection of Information

When you browse our website, you do so anonymously. We do not collect or track any personally identifiable information about you when you browse our site. The only personal information we collect is the information you voluntarily submit when placing an order. We request only the information we need in order to process your order, charge your credit card, and contact you in case of any questions about your order. Credit Card information is not stored on our website. All information supplied regarding credit cards is securely sent directly to our payment processors.

CCBill is the payment gateway and the transaction actually occurs on their servers, not ours. It is secure and encrypted. ChaosMen.com can not even see your credit card info (only the first four letters show). This keeps site owners honest, and with CCBill's considerable resources, to keep that informatinon Secure.

Use of Information

We use the information you provide to process your order, charge your credit card, and communicate with you about your order. We may occasionally send you e-mail notifications of sales or special offers from our company. The information you provide will never be used to send you information from or about any other company.

This site does uses cookies to track any movement through the site and to keep you logged into the members's area.

Use of Email Addresses

YES! We do use the email the address you sign up with. If their is a problem with your account we will email you. We will never phone you or send postal mail (who has the money to do postal mail outs anyway!)

After your membership lapses, I will ocassionally send out newsletters to show you what is knew and happening at ChaosMen. The email has a BlackList Opt out option. There are like 3 places you can opt out of the mailing and you get BlackListed. Meaning if you join the site again, it won't allow your email address to be added back in. Now, if you join the site with a different email addresses you are going to get multiple mail outs. Be a dear and remove any extras emails you arent using so I don't appear to be hounding you.

Same holds true for the Shopping area. Its a different mailing list. When new products arrive, I mail everyone and let them know. Again, it is a BlackList feature, so Opt Out and make sure you don't get the updates sent to you.

Many people ask me to send them a catalog of my products. I don't do postal mail outs of any kind. You must shop online.

Pay by Check or Money Order

Some customers dont wish to submit their credit cards or have had trouble with the card processor. There is always an option to join or buy products via sending a check or money order on the check out page for joining or purchasing products

Packaging of Items Bought in the Store

Generally speaking, all packages sent from the store have NO Site name or "TRIPLE XXX" on it or "Caution ADULT Material". The return address is the Bryan Ockert and the address of the UPS Store we ship from.

There is however a sticker with my Green arrowy C on the package. This helps the UPS staff remember who the package is shipping from and still maintains anonymity. If you think a Green C with an arrow in it gives out too much info of the source, I think then you shouldn't place an order- or you have imagined the popularity of my site as being that identifiable!
