It makes my head twist off!

This site is all over the map in terms of taste and theme. If you don't like variety, then this site is not for you. There are plenty of sites that serve you the same meal week after week. This is chaos after all!

If you have a particular complaint, my guess is that it has been addressed in the FAQ part of the site.

I Can't Take It Anymore!
I realize this is suicide to "Customer Relations", and I am losing all the positive comments as well, but feedback tends to drives me nuts. I am driven to make EVERYONE happy, but I have come to realise I just can't make everyone happy. So I tend to shut everyone off, because if I do one thing, someone else is gonna have an issue.

But rest assured, I DO pay attention to the ebb and flow of the mighty dollar. If a model performs well, then they will be back. (That is, if I can convince them too!). In that way I do "hear you". If membership tanks, then yep, I will be sure to not have them back.

I read complaints day in and day out, everything from how annoying the sound that water-based lubes make to the length of a model's fingernails. I am sorry, but it starts to sound very petty and whiney and I start to not listen to any of it.

These Guys are My Friends!
Most of these models I work with over a long period of time become my friends. So lets say you have a friend and a complete stranger comes up to you and starts bad mouthing them.

What do you think your reaction would be?

Well, if you are decent person, I would assume you would defend your friend! So I can't help to feel defensive about my model friends, and when I read negative things about them, I get all defensive-like. In all honesty when a fan starts complaining, my first inclination is to craft a scathing letter back. I couldn't guarantee that I would be very nice back.

I am VERY critical of the models myself, and very aware of how one might do on the site. I am also very aware of how good or poor a video turns out. I myself will say in the annecdote summary, "Well, it's not the best cumshot, but what are ya gonna do?" This is amateur porn, and though I try to be as first-rate as possible, we aren't spending three 8-hour days shoting the same thing over and over like in a major porn production. We get in, fuck like crazy, and get out so you have as close a legitimate experience as possible.

Don't Just Tell Me, Tell the World How You Feel!
Affiliate based sales are my main way of advertising. Many of these sites are first rate, and offer you ways to "sound off". Off the top of my head Queerclick and JustUsBoys are sites that I can think of that allow you to make comments about models as they promote them. I highly recommend you visit sites like these to make comments about the models, and what's more you may spot a site that more suits your taste.(Yes, I said that!)

There is also a great sense of community that these message boards can create. You can find long-lasting friends that are of the same mind, and you can voice your praise or criticisms for the world to see.
